We are looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Specialist to join our team and help us build, scale, and maintain a seamless talent management and organizational culture. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment for internal roles, streamline onboarding/offboarding processes, ensure compliance with labor policies, and support team engagement. Your visual pacing, storytelling, and post-production quality will directly influence how our community connects with Tadreeb's mission

المتطلبات

  • 1+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor (agency, digital media, or tech/EdTech startup background preferred).
  • Strong portfolio / showreel showcasing mastery of narrative editing, pacing, sound design, and color correction.
  • Mastery of professional editing software, primarily Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Solid experience with Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and callouts.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in motion design and 2D animation (agency or EdTech/tech startup background preferred).
  • Strong portfolio / showreel demonstrating expertise in character animation, kinetic typography, kinetic transitions, and explainer videos.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with storyboarding and translating narrative scripts into fluid visual story arcs.

  • Exceptional Arabic and English copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor tone of voice for both corporate B2B and student B2C audiences.
  • Strong scriptwriting skills for short-form (Reels/TikTok) and long-form video content.
  • Ability to translate technical and career development topics into simple, engaging, and actionable content.
  • Familiarity with digital content strategies, hook generation, and story arc structures.
